Do any of you have or been with a guy with a tight foreskin?

Last night I met up with a guy I always liked but never did anything with and he finally took me back to his place. We kissed etc and then he undressed and he was rock hard, but the head of his dick was almost completely covered by the foreskin. I mean 98% of his cock head was completely covered and there was only a small opening in the foreskin where u could just see part of the opening of the urethra. He said his foreskin has always covered almost all of his penis and has never ever retracted. He said the opening in his foreskin is just too small.

To be honest, I was like , since the opening in his foreskin was as small as a tiny shirt button, but I really like this guy and so I did some foreplay, and told him he should have it checked and I would help him through it.

Any advice guys?

Firstly and most importantly, there are health issues involved with a tight foreskin.

I was with a fellow many years ago who also had a tight foreskin. Once he finished growing, he had a small operation to fix the problem.

Your friend might wish to consider the same thing.

PS - There was no circumcision. He still has his foreskin, but it is now loose enough to fully retract.

Phimosis.

If he is having problems with ejaculation or urination, he should see a doctor immediately.

If he *never ever* retracted his foreskin he should seek a doctor, even when he has no problems at the moment.

IMO there is no choice. He needs to have an urologist look at it!

There are hormonal creams that can be prescribed to stretch the skin, but if it's as tight as you describe, then I wouldn't be surprised if he needed at least a partial circumcision if not a full one.

...How old is this guy?

...Why didn't he ever have it checked? Why do u have to be the one to tell him?

...I'm sorry, but if you care about your dick, you'll have it checked by a doctor yourself.

How old is this friend of yours???

I understand why he might not have been to see a doctor till now. It is a matter pride and being shy, and accepting that he need to undergo surgery.

He has 2 options: Topical steroid cream or surgical procedure.

Topical steroid creams tend to only have any effect on teenagers as their skin is still flexible and this is why doctors will tend to prescribe it to young people rather than adults. The way it works is to make the skin more flexible and elastic.

As for surgical procedures, there are 3 options. The procedures available are: Frenuloplasty, Preputioplasty or Circumcision.

Each procedure is different and has a different purpose and outcome.

A Frenuloplasty is done by cutting the Frenulum and allows for some extra "give" to the foreskin. This procedure is only really relevant if the source of the phimosis is a short frenulum.

A Preputioplasty is a procedure in which 2-3 small incisions are made in the foreskin and then re-sewn giving some extra width to the foreskin and hopefully allowing a tight foreskin to be retractable.

From the sounds of it though, if the foreskin is as tight as you describe, the only solution might be a circumcision.

I myself suffered from a tight foreskin and have had both topical steroid creams, Frenuloplasty and Preputioplasty procedures. The steroid cream, even though effective at the time, needed continual use. I then had a Frenuloplasty and even though solved the problem somewhat, did not solve it completely for me, so I went back for a Preputioplasty.

Most doctors tend to always say that the only solution is a Circumcision. I rejected that option and told him that I wanted the other procedures first, before considering a circumcision.

There is plenty of research you and your friend can do on the internet (now that you know the names of the procedures) and I would go to a doctors to have the problem checked out. Check out all the different research and photos available online. Go armed with some research so that you understand what the doctor is saying.

It is defiantly not something to be left and should be treated. Your friend will not regret it (and nor will you)

Be prepared as there is the possibility as I said before that a circumcision is the only viable option in his situation.

Hmmm...some good advice guys.

He is 27 years old and I actually spoke to him yesterday and he said that he never went to a GP/Doctor because he was/is embarassed. He also said that is the reason why, although he liked me, he never went any further with me. He has only been with 2 guys before and they both were freaked out by his penis so he has been single for 1 year now. I have scheduled an appointment for him to see a doctor on Saturday and he asked me to go with him, so I will do that and hear what the doctor has to say.

Thanks again guys. Much appreciated!

I have the same problem though not as severe. If he tried pulling it back and stretching it, eventually it will loosen up but not always to the desired extent. Im 19 and in order to actually have anything done I'd have to walk up to my parents and say "my penis is broken" and then schedule a appointment with their doctor (since I'm still on their insurance)

Honestly you can have sex with the forskin down, you just have to go slow and pay attention to if the condom is slipping... I really hope I don't have to pay someone to put sharp objects near my dick...

I repeat: It needs to retract ALL the way. If it doesn't, then you should speak to a doctor about it.

If you're embarassed because your parents would have to know, then get over yourself! It only a penis. They presumably know you have one.

Honestly I just don't see what is so bad about this. I've been with a couple of guys whose foreskin stayed up like that and they never had any trouble with it. It was great sex and we both had a lot of fun with it. Frankly, I'd love to have this "problem". I'd consider myself quite lucky to have a bf with this bonus.
