Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland!"

I find it kind of funny to see comments like "it's another burton + depp cumfest with creepy FX"

where....that's pretty much my initial main draw lol

It turns a lot of people on and off at the same time.
I'm looking forward to it.

it debut's here just before our film festival
i cannot wait !!!!!!!!

The Cure's Robert Smith, Franz Ferdinand Do Alice in Wonderland Songs

On March 2, Buena Vista Records will release Almost Alice, the movie's soundtrack album. MySpace revealed the album's tracklist, featuring the likes of Avril Lavigne, Wolfmother, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz and Blink-182's Mark Hoppus, and others.

But two songs on the tracklist stand out. The Cure frontman Robert Smith will cover "Very Good Advice", one of the songs from Disney's 1951 animated Alice in Wonderland movie, while Franz Ferdinand show up with "The Lobster Quadrille".

I can't wait to see this Burton/Depp collaboration. They make an incredible team and there really hasn't been a movie they've done together that I haven't enjoyed.

I saw the trailer for the movie and it looks amazing. I love the haunted and nostalgic feel of Tim Burton's movies, so this should be really cool!

Listen to Avril Lavigne's new song from the soundtrack. It works for me...|

Well I went to see the movie last weekend in 3D, and I have to say that the film was horrible. Easily one of the worst films I have ever seen. The 3-D was cool, but the movie was not.

I went to see it with a friend as sort of a favor. I agree that the 3D was cool and I loved the red queen but overall, meh.

I saw it the first weekend, IMAX 3D. I was very disappointed in just about every aspect. The story and characters were dull. The 3D was low quality (this was not filmed with a 3d camera like Avatar. The 3d was added after it was filmed.) Overall the movie seemed dumbed down for Disney and the PG rating (they warn PG because of the smoking catepillar - oh my.) Another dud by Tim Burton.

Against my better judgement I agreed to go with a friend last night. I felt guilty saying no since he was treating to a very nice dinner. Neither one of us liked it.

Even with mostly mediocre reviews the movie has grossed 209 million in the US and another 200 million outside up to sunday.

i went to see this movie and enjoyed it. Cool effects. Loved the red queen!!
