Time to go back to basics

Just got back from the So/ca meet and I have seen way too many pic where my belly was a-over flowing


I had been ten pounds lighter just a little over a month ago and got a cold and stopped working out and started eating really badly again---so, back On the diet and going to the gym in a couple of minutes---wish me luck.

I've gained 20 lbs. since leaving high-school. Most of it is on the backside and on my legs

I could post my favorite song for you....but that would be mean...so here it is.

I just got done with my workout at the gym....good thing I watched the video AFTER I worked out!

Hmmm...maybe I'll save that and play it while I run on the treadmill!
