I've been wondering lately if I should be taking some sort of supplements or vitamins that would help with my digestion in order to keep clean down there..? Is it more fiber? I know it depends upon eating healthy (which I'd say I do for the most part).. but are there tricks to keeping things regular and how should you say.. firm..
also for preparing before you have sex. what is the best method or device to use if you do need to douche. I am really cautious of how things are back there before i ever take my pants off and some times all this prep can be annoying uncomfortable and leaving me not even wanting to bottom.
is there something i'm missing or just dont know about? how can we make that part more fun?
