As a lawyer I tell you to have a bail bondsman and a lawyer reasonably available.

The original poster did not ask for tips on how to rape or have sex with a drunk guy. He asked for tips on "hitting on a drunk guy." In other words, he knows alcohol has loosened a man's inhibitions and therefore there might be a chance. So he's asking how to hint about having a mutually agreed upon sex encounter.

So enough about the rape, date rape, the law, etc. If you read carefully you'll note he's not asking how to rape or have non-consensual sex with an incapacitated person.

Either or the thread is kinda dumb, rockstar seems a bit confused on a straight man and a bi or gay man, I never known a straight man to ask him to touch all over him in public at a club , and then the next day call asking when can they go out again, That sounds like a gay man that looks str8. I think everyone was telling him to be careful that if he does find a straight guy and pulls that shit he might get fucked up.
 
I had sex with a straight friends before. I'll share one story in-particular, we knew each other for a while. I talked openly and freely around him about my life and experiences as did he to me. Then one night (6 years after we met) he was pretty buzzed and said he was curious about trying something with a guy, and he trusted me etc. We fooled around for a few months on and off and when his curiosity was explored we stopped playing around. Alcohol helped him loosen up a bit for sure that night! He knew since the day we met I thought he was HOT as hell! But I never ever tried anything when he was drunk. That would have destroyed a very good friendship for starters, he is A LOT bigger and stronger than me and a trained fighter so I surely would have had my head caved in! (worse case) But over time we built a very good close friendship and when he explored his curiosity with me it was an honor, privlage and a Pleasure! If a label was required I would still consider him straight. As for Tips... In my opinion SOME straight guys who have gay friends have some curiosities! As with my straight friend... He realized over time that he could trust me 100%, that I wouldn't go telling all my friends and OUT him. Before we had sex he Knew it was probably going to be a bonding moment in a major way and wanted me to reassure him that once his exploration was done I wouldn't end up with hurt feelings! I did end up wanting him even more after but I bit my tongue and got over it and realized that I knew him better than ANYONE ever would. He shared things with me no woman or friend knew. the fact that he trusts me so much means the world to me! Build trust with your straight buddy...Who knows he may have a curiosity many straight guys do. Don't be pushy, don't ASK, or make statements about how hot he is all the time etc. Like I said before, my friend knew I thought he was hot. And every once in a great while I would tell him something he did or said was cute, or he was cute, or would tell him how hot his jeans or shirt made him look.. But NOT VERY OFTEN! like once a year kinda thing! And nothing over the top like. "Man I'd love to suck your cock" LOL!! OH By the way... I wasn't trying to get down his pants either.. That isn't what I am saying.. These are the things I did that ended up with his trust that lead to us playing around. It was in the back of my mind a good bit I'll admit but I wasn't on the prowl for him... He came right out and told me that he trusted me the most because I was always respectful and honest and we had a genuine male friendship and one of us happened to be gay... Which wasn't the case with a couple other gay friends he met through work. I may have come off making straight guys seem like some kind of exotic zoo animal LOL! That wasn't my intention... sexuality is so diverse, somethings turn some people on and not others... It's the same with everyone of us. To make along story short (Too late!!!) I don't advise coming right out and trying something when your straight friends are drunk it's the surest way to end up with a few injuries! LOL!! perhaps broach the subject and talk about it when he's buzzed he'll certainly be more open to discussing it possibly! "what a drunk man says is what a sober man feels" He'll be more open IF he trust you! Just bring it up and let the conversation flow... I hope that helps a little :)
