I agree with BBman..
have a regular BM.. then, if you are going to have a guy rim you or top you... well just wipe your asshole clean with a warm bathroom cloth. If it's rimming, well the guy won't get his tongue deep inside, you will be clean enough.

I've never seen the need for an enema before anal sex... just have a natual bowel cleaning out. You know what I mean.

Cleaning the "back room" begins with the bottom's diet. He needs a high fiber diet so his shit is solid when evacuated. His shit will be mushy if he is not getting enough fiber which means he will have a messy ass. Then will need to clean himself with an enema.

I used the Fleet enemas when I first started bottoming. They are easy to use, can be found at most drug stores, and retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, etc, and are inexpensive.

I now use a water bottle type douche bag to clean my "back room" before sex. I use just plain warm tap water. I shower after cleaning my "back room" too.

I have trouble getting clean with just a natural dump.

If I have a day's warning, I try to eat a light lunch (yogurt or oatmeal) and no supper. Then I do one of those Fleet enemas about an hour before the date. With any luck, that does the trick w. one application.

OK, if you wanna be squeaky clean on fairly short notice.....get a rubber enema/douche set from the drug store...bout $12. Fill with medium temp water, you don't need or shouldn't use soapy water. Hang the bag off a towel rack or whatever so it is higher than your ass...put the toilet seat up. Get naked on your hands and knees with a bath towel under you, face down, ass up. Insert the douche wand (longer attachment with multiple holes...all the parts come with the bag).... there is a snap release on the tube. Release the snap and let the water run in....When you know you need to let it out, snap the hose closed and push yourself up and onto the can....repeat a couple of times or until the water is clean coming out. Wait about an hour and repeat. You should be good to go for a nice long fuck or head out to the baths, park, bookstore or wherever and take on multiple cummers. Despite what you hear, giving yourself enemas to get cleaned up for sex doesn't alter your bowel pattern, or make you depenedent on them to shit. It can be a wet and once in awhile messy process, but it wipes up and you jump in the shower and you're ready.
