To Douche or Not to Douche?

So I finally found a way to get all my toys delivered to me without my parents finding out. (More info can be found here: I just make sure the package is shipped by UPS and then I ask them to hold the package at a UPS store.

Now that I'm nearing the moment when I'll be able to finally play with these toys, I have to ask about douching. I heard that it isn't good for you for many reasons:

• It removes mucus and good bacteria from your rectum making it more likely to get damaged
• Your body may get accustomed to douching and you won't be able to shit properly without douching
• You may not remove all the water put in your rectum and you may end up making a big mess when having sex

The main reason why I want to use an anal douche is because whenever I've fingered myself before I've almost always touched shit, no matter what I did beforehand. Whether I shit before, took a shit and waited an hour, or never even took a shit, I would find shit in my ass.

So I'd like to ask you guys what your opinions are on douching. Do you douche and how often do you douche? How often should I douche without hurting myself? I'd really like to hear your guys' thoughts.

I use a disposable enema before I play with my toys or bottom. You can buy them at Target or Walgreens type places and they're very inexpensive. The problems you list above usually occur with long term, frequent use of enemas. I also put a condom on my toys just in case of an accident. It's made clean up a lot easier a couple of times.

Whether you decide to douche or not, you still have to clean your toys afterward. So, putting a condom on the toy will make the cleaning process much easier and will also help address your concerns about getting shit on your new toys.

Lately, just use an enema bag....two/three fill ups and I am clean enough to get fucked and certainly with toys. With toys, if sumthin gets dirty, you can always douche again. I usually douche before sex and we both prefer it, I feel more confident and sex feels more satisfying to me. Changing your diet/eating healthier makes a big difference too.
