To the Old Perverts in the Sauna

Nobody should masturbate in a Sauna but the disturbing trend at my University is that it is the older gentlemen exposing themselves, not the guys my age. That's why I said "Old Perverts". I actually happen to like older men also. And if they were in better shape then I might be slightly less offended but it's still inappropriate. This kind of behavior should be reserved for bathhouses.

The sort of sauna (bathhouse) I'm used to are specifically for gay men. so maybe a University sauna isn't the same?

Personally I enjoy masturbating in the sauna - though my preferenece is for group sex in the public areas - which no one there seems to object to.

Not sure how the age of guys or how "in shape" they are makes any difference?

Some places are fine for public sex - others do not allow this.

As a "Young Pervert" myself - I'm not too worried about becoming an "old pervert" one day - in fact when I consider the alternative - either being dead or ending up asexual - becoming an "Old Pervert" sounds just how I hope to be one day.

He's clarifed his stance and said that he DOESN'T approve of the younger crowd doing it, actually, but nobody is reading that at all.

I think we all read him say that, blkacbelt. No one has "neglected" his statement, we just doesn't believe so easily that he's being sincere: the impression on us with him saying this as a response to all the accusation (mind you!) is nothing more than petty and unsuccessful save-face, not to mention elusion of fault and responsibility. Even if he is someone who get uncomfortable with even college-age guys groping themselves in his public sauna, it's highly suspected that his message of expressing it would be different, likely being not as harsh in regards to the law or social acceptable display, had they been the subjects in the scenario. Heck, some of us, including myself, wonder if he would have even created a thread at all.

He currently seems trying to convince himself that he would have been just as harsh and that he would have "said just the same thing." Again, many of us find that hard to believe. His thread was centered around the fact that "old perverts" did this, not just old guys. (Now that I have made that statement, he's probably going to tell himself, "No, I'm not convincing myself! I would have said the same thing! )

No man, the sort of gym he is talking out is definitely not specifically for gay men, that's why it is inappropriate - he would know if this was a place that this stuff was MEANT to happen.

And once again, to the above poster, he said "old perverts" because that's exactly what they were, old men, perverted men.

I have seen more than one "young pervert" in my limited time at gyms and that is just as irritating. But you won't see any of the young people complaining just because I said "young pervert", the older men need to get over it big time, it was nothing against them and it's totally obvious it isn't. Unless of course the people replying at the old perverts he is referring to, in which case they should please learn to stop as the OP has asked - take it to a gay bathhouse not the public gym.

It would also be laughable if some of the men trying to justify this are the old perverts themselves - you need to learn the difference between ok and inappropriate.

Here's the thing of that. Quite simply, would he have even said "pervert" had it been it young guy?

I'm not arguing that young college-age guys who grope themselves in public aren't perverts and publicly indecent. Just that Jizz would probably not have (fully) thought of them in that light, nor would he've likely created a thread about the incident. If anything, the best would probably be that he'd say they were being "inappropriate," but not "perverts." (The difference between the two is that "pervert" is a shamed social stigma.)

At this point, though, I think I have exhausted myself with my rhetoric. I shall hope that people who have read me at least got my point. I'll be waiting for a sufficient counter-argument, but until then, I should sit quietly and fashionably, for I have said all that I need to say thus far.

The fact that the words "old" and "pervert" were such trigger words for some of you speaks more about you than it does me. The point of this thread wasn't to discriminate older men. It was simply an observation. I can say "old pervert" and still have admiration and respect for mature men.

Indecent exposure, lewd acts, it is still against the law and you know it, so shut your mouth.

The main idea floating around this thread is definitely not that it is inappropriate for older men but appropriate for younger men, the majority here are with the idea that it is inappropriate for ANYONE to perform sexual acts in a public place such as a public gym/pool sauna, no matter what the age or attractiveness, it is against the law and inappropriate. I have not seen many if any person saying it is OK for younger men but not OK for older men, I have simply seen a bunch of whining older gentlemen that made this idea up for themselves. The OP stated that it was old men doing it, which is obviously the case - he was not pointing out that they should stop and younger men should continue, he was saying that OLDER MEN are the only ones he sees doing it. It is obviously inappropriate for younger men to do it but he obviously sees none doing it, so why say "to the perverts" when it is REALLY only "to the old perverts", he wanted to get to his target audience immediately as he has had no problems with seeing young men do it, as they 90% of the time DO NOT.

See, the difference is, a very small % of young men do it, whereas a lot of older men do. There is no point in telling young men to stop something that they do not even do? It is quite appropriate to only address older men on this point as they seem to be the only one's to do it, of course it is inappropriate for everyone but the younger men have the decency not to do it.

Lol. It's a sauns at a gym - I think you are confused. He was not "intruding" on them, it is a public sauna area. He has made it quite clear they were touching themselves in sexual ways, not itches. This is not some sort of gay bath house/sauna he is talking about, he is talking about a public gym sauna that is simply used for soothing aches and pains of a work out, not for old men to sit naked and touch themselves sexually.
