We dont concern ourselves with toilets here at Shady Pines.

^ That's because you wear your toilets.

^ You can smuggle in at least five stuffed cabbages in one of those things.

Some landlords though.

Bathroom first. Always. Eating and sleeping is secondary.
Maybe bulimic people are more aware of it, but everybody should be enlightened about that fundamental truth

rareboy, that is a good one. I don't know where he found a squared toilet though. I can believe that he would have trouble finding a square seat.

Nothing beats an outhouse for ease of use. Maybe you could start putting them in your rentals. They’re very easy to install and use no water at all!

When I used to rent clean and functional was all I cared about...

Outhouses, one gallon...

Again, you build a proper home around a bathroom: toilet, bathtub, sink, bidet... putting up first anything else is sheer shit, no matter how big, expensive, "comfy", cat-friendly...

I like a clean bathroom clean toilet and tub and sink. I seen tons of rentals with the dirtiest bathrooms ever.

I remember looking at one apartment and they remodeled the bathroom and kitchen and didn't use those cheap flimsy Apartment doors. I wanted that apartment so bad but they wanted so much for deposit.
