I've read a lot to do with sex, yet none have the answer or remotely mention the side of it I've experienced...

When I have sex with my boyfriend he usually cums in me & it's fine, but the next day (sometimes two) I get stomach pains and have to go to the toilet a lot. He does cum a lot but could he actually be cumming enough to act like an enema-type-thing, or is it something else?

PS. I do know about safe sex & we have only ever been with eachother too.

Hey Chronix,

Welcome to JUB mate...its great to see you here and posting on the boards!

I moved your thread to health and wellbeing because there are some great guys here who can provide you with good reliable advice.

Please be careful though... safe sex is the only real way to protect yourself. Please dont take any unnecessary risks mate - and before you bareback with anyone - make sure you both get checked out.

QUESTION
I always bareback (have unprotected anal sex) with my partner. We are monogamous, both HIV negative and STD-free. Since my boyfriend loves to ejaculate inside me, I am wondering whether there is any health risk from the cement left in my rectum?

ANSWER
No, there is no particular risk of semen (cement) left in your rectum. Most of it will spill out of its own accord with your next bowel movement, if not before. The trick in your situation is to be very sure both partners are truly monogamous. This means that neither you nor your partner are enjoying a quickie here or there on the side. It's a good idea to keep communication open so you can both continue to be assured of your sexual health.
Now, you could be having an allergic reaction to his semen. It's unlikely, but not unheard of.

It's extremely unlikely that the two are related. Are you sure that you don't have these symptoms if you don't have sex? Try not having him fuck you for, a few days, maybe a week. (You can do other things, you'll manage.) See if the symptoms persist.

My gut is telling me (no pun intended) that you have some other GI issue going on and it is only coincidental that you are seeing the symptoms near when you are having sex. In either case, if it has persisted for more than a few days, you should probably have that looked into.

We go atleast 2 weeks between seeing eachother because of Uni & it's fine, also no preoblem swallowing or whatever else. Only once we've had sex.

If I was allergic I think it would affect me in other ways, not just sex. Swallowing is fine.

stomach pains? your bf might be big, but i don't believe he c[u|o]m[e]s so far ;) maybe it's some psychological? are you 100% fine with him cumming in your as?

Absolutely fine with it, and he is big, but that's not the problem.

Anyway it seems sperm allergy would only occur in women, while guys - contrary to all readily made assumptions - almost never are allergic for each other's sperm.

Have you tried different Postitions? maybe, if he is big or not, he is hitting something making you uncomfortable... by ex had a slight curve, if hed fuck me id get uncomfortable afterwords but i got on top and rode him i was fine after

You might try a different lube. I know when I use the silicone type lubes, they cause me to have cramping and, sometimes, even diarrhea.

When I use the water based ones like ID Glide or Wet, this does not seem to be a problem.

You might try the different lubes with a dildo when he's not cumming in you; if it still causes a problem you might find it's the lube.

How about the next time you have sex, use a condom and if the symptoms still appear you can at least rule out one thing.
