took out the nipple rings. better?

I used to have both my nipples pierced, but after I took the jewelry out for about a day the holes had already closed too much to get the 12ga bars back in. #-o That was sometime last summer and now the holes are completely gone. I got them back in 2001, so it was a good five years that I had them. I dunno, I don't think I ever really had the chest to pull them off anyways.

I took them out because they were actually getting me what I perceived at the time to be too much of the wrong kind of attention. Whenever I had my shirt off in a gay environment, it seemed like guys would just grab and roughly handle my nipples even after I'd told them to stop it. Also, a lot of guys seemed to get the impression that I was into pain and S&M, which I didn't appreciate since I'm not into those at all.

Well, I still have my Prince Albert and I've found that with that guys are less likely to just grab until I've given the ok ;)

Remember, you can always get them repierced if you want them back. Of course, at this point you may not find that you want them bad enough to endure the pain and aftercare all over again.
 
Look mate, everyone has their own taste, I guess some will like them, some won't.

But I think you risk a lot more if u keep them in.

Because to me for example, if I wanted to date a guy, and on the outside he looks cute (like u do) and all and when we get to undress and I see those objects embedded in his body, man, it's a HUGE turn off for me. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

It's definitely a risk. Anything unusual tends to be controversial and elicit mixed (sometimes strong) opinions.

I've experienced it first hand with my prince albert. Some guys don't like it at all, while others just absolutely think it's the hottest thing ever. Most fall somewhere in the middle though. The way I see it is that I should wear what I think is hot and not worry about what other guys think. If a guy is going to reject me just because I have a pierced penis then we're simply not compatible and both parties should move on.
 
I will add my two cents. If your happier with them, wear them. I am forty. I had my nipples pierced ten years ago and still wear them to this day. I have always loved having nipple jewlrey. I would wear them. :wave:

I'd side with D-Base on this one. However, this is entirely a matter of personal preference.

If you feel better without the piercings, and if you feel that you can't pull it off anymore, your decision is right.

All that stuff is really supposed to make you feel good any comfortable with yourself. If it ceases to do so, do away with it.

/\ i also agree with D-base, but i also think what silverRRcloud said is true. it should be ALL up to you. i don't think there is an age thing to whether a piercing looks hot or not.
 
You look hot either way. Just do what makes you happy and forget what anyone thinks.

There isn't anything as hot as a guy with pierced nipples, in my opinion. But... ouch!
 
My 2 cents: You might consider getting different jewelry. Some rings, and bars, may be the nipple shields. That way you can change every few weeks or so, that way you won't get bored with just one type!!
