After all of your opinions (thank you, i appreciate it!), I decided to take out my nipple rings and both of my earrings. (this is the first time since age 18 that I have no jewelry on my body). My conclusion is that i'm getting too old for all of that and can no longer pull it off. am i right?

Those weren't rings they were barbells.

I would keep one, either the left or right, and have a ring, not just the barbell.

Bulk up on the chest and arms, and tan a little...

You are hot already, just add a little to the hot factor.
