I pretty much agree. The real value of dining includes more than privelege and rarity.

I'd love to eat at any of them, though, for fun.

Eleven Madison Park sure zoomed up the list.

In Spain, food is a Religion. And you know what that means. But get into gastronomic paradises as Celler de Can Roca, Mugaritz or Arzak, Martin Berasategui or Etxebarri is only for privileged. You need to ask and beg and get recommendation and wait for long. But if you are not Obama, Bill Gates or Barbra Streisand, and you visit Spain

San Sebastian

you can go to every small restaurant in San Sebastian or Girona (plenty of them) and find your small paradise yourself. Nobody is going to let you down. The environment, the climate and the list of wines will give you the experience of your life.

And it's head chef Heston Blumenthal is gorgeous. He looks like a cute little mad scientist. I'd give my compliments to him any of the week!
