Toronto JUB meet 21st June 2008

I have some good news and bad news.

My son is surprising me by bringing his girlfriend (soon to be fiancee) to Washington, DC to visit me...he called and said he's going to be here at 10 a.m. and I need to pick him up at the airport!

The bad news is that he charged his flight on my credit card and it also means I will be in DC with family instead of Toronto with my JUB family. I will so miss dancing and getting naked with Jay....I would like a rain check however as I will try to come up later like in mid-July.
 
The only 'deets' i can provide are as follows:

I will get lost
I will get pissed
you will laugh
my head will hurt
 
I'll be thinking about all you partying in TO this weekend.....Wish that I could be there, but with all the stuff going on at school (trying to finish report cards, preparing for Grade 5 graduation, packing and moving my classroom because my principal wants me in 4th grade next year) I can't be there. Then, the day after school ends, I'll be on a plane with two elderly aunts, going to visit my cousin in Alaska.

Hugs and kisses to all.....especially Puka and Brijan, two of Metro TO's sweetest guys....and if the PreTTiest Jubber should appear, someone give him a kiss for me too! :D
 
Man I was sooo hoping to get my income tax refund so I could make it to the TO meet but no such luck. Damn Damn Damn !!!!! Next year I promise.
 
I have unfortunately just found out today I will not be able to get tomorrow off of work as planned because another co-worker needed the day off to go spend the day with his son... which is totally understandable as his situation is crazy.

However I would like to make out to the club event afterwards if possible.. what time is everyone meeting at Fly...or has the venue been changed?

Yes we are still going to Fly. We should be arriving around 11ish.

And like a proper queen, I have a variety of choices of what I will wear tomorrow night.

ps - i don't think matt smash is makin the gathering, but may meet up at the club later...we'll see. i got some friends in town for another party and may join them for a bit..but i'll see ya'll at o'grady's

I, unfortunately, won't/wasn't/am not able to make it, as things are crazy at work... Do Toronto JUBbers ever meet ad hoc? (We used to in DC...) If so, count me in for next time :)
 
Maybe we should do a DC meet this summer....pool is open....
