No Not at all. There is no rules likes that in the Catholic Church. They are men. Some of them are serious about their call and celibacy. These are honorable men who really sacrifice themselves for the Church. Others are men who accept that somehow they will have to live some sexual secret adventure (a priest is supposed to be celibate), there are others that are homosexual and try to use the priesthood as a way to hide the fact that they are gays (the church is being more severe in their selection and filtering these out) just like there are some gay guys getting married hoping to be cured of homosexuality. What you read is NOT true at all. By the way, I am NOT a priest. I am a Catholic man who loves his church.
