Yes, but that is what makes the princess bib charming. It plays on the fragility of children and the need to humor them, to treat them as precious.

That's a very different joke than presenting something obscene.

Both are funny, but in very different manners.

I do think there are plenty of American men who would laugh just the same at the princess if presented by their regular barber, knowing it wasn't a seriouis insult. I think almost no women would be amused if a scrotum were tied to their necks. Different humor.
