Now my comment about the beating. It's something we need to bring attention to. Just look how trans issues are treated here on JUB when we're supposed to be part of a "community"

With the ban on transgender in the military and comments the president has said I think there's many that feel it's a free for all to bash them.
 
The report said she may have provoked the event by inciting the crowd. What could've she possibly done to provoke that beating?
 
This saddens me.

Have you ever seen a tourist map of Dallas? There's a whole side that's...blank. It's the side to the south. The Bishop Arts district is cute and now easily reached by streetcar. But other than that, although Dallas' light rail goes south, visitors will likely never see that part of town.

You quoted me saying it looked more real than the smollet thingy, so obviously you agreed I made a comment on it. And then the very next paragraph you said I didn't make any comment on this beating. So, which is it? Or are you here just for the sake of being nasty to me?

I'm not a politician. I don't have to come out and say out loud how I feel about the victim. Not running for election. And I don't have to pretend to be anything.

My ex is a trans. It's been 8 years since we broke up and we are still best friends. We regularly discuss about trans issues. You seem to insinuate that I don't care about this issue. Again, I'm not a fake so I don't have to prove anything to you or anybody here. The fact remains that I made a news thread and the very first reply from you is a nasty one that contradicted yourself from one sentence to another. Do you even care about this news story or are you just looking for a reason to be nasty to me?

That said, I'm going to wait this out until all the facts are in before I share a deeper opinion about this story. You know, sort of like what I did with the Smollet thingy.
 
Well...we can immediately come out against violence. And for peace on the mysterious side of Dallas.
