There are plenty of things to do in New York...but you might see that white stuff we complain about from time to time.

I would go to the UK and hit up the countries just on the otherside of the channel (Netherlands, Belgium, France etc), since thats like 4 countries I've always wanted to go, where as US is only one :(

Quantity > Quality :P

If you come to the US, you can fly to Denver at some point for really cheap. We've got a spare bedroom. We can take you to the Top of the World where you will see snow whenever you come. And leave it behind.

We LOVE company. Remember, you can crash here for free. We'd even pick you up at the airport and show you some of the sights. :D

Edit: Christmas in the Rockies is actually pretty Pretty.

Picture I took about 45 minutes from my house:

That.

Also, your poll is a bit broken. Europe ain't a country, ya know? :p

Oh, I forgot to say this: if you come to the Netherlands, you'll have the pleasure of meeting me (and I of meeting you)!

I wouldn't go anywhere that's terribly cold in the Winter. I think you'd end up bummed out. I say stick with California. At least there, if you want to see snow, you can take a day trip to the mountains, and then return to warmth.

Berlin is really cheap, especially for a capital.

I always need reasons to go to Berlin, depending on your timing it might be one ;)

Ooh, not a bad idea!

I sense the long-awaited Euro JUB meet! (I think that currently, 4 JUBbers in one place at one time is the record, is it not)

yes yes yes :)

The best part about Berlin is that instead of checking into a hotel you can rent apartments a bit outside of the center for ridiculous prices.

2 nights in a 12 person apartment = 27 EUR/person

1 night in a 5 person apartment = 15 EUR/person

I'm looking at tours and things now and there are too many choices  Why isn't there only one choice.

i vote Asia (go to Vietnam, Cambodia, Loas ... )
there is a program on TED youtube, very interesting clip about too many choices.

You know, Asia is the closest market to Australia it's the one place I really don't have any interest in going to at this stage.

ooh, you mean interest in male on male bonding ? go to America than ...

Come to Scotland, and I'll give you a personal Highland tour. (*8*)

And then one day, when I have the courage, I'll visit Sydney, and you'll show me all of the fantastic gay places.

(!)

I would so LOVE that.

*drifts off into dreams of personal independence, confidence and self-esteem*

lol..no I don't mean male on male bonding ya perve :p

but u said u have no interest in Asia.
Asia has so much to see, affordable and very cheap if u go to places i mentioned.

But u want to visit concrete America or concrete Europe :p
Only 1 thing in mind for concrete buildings ... > SEX !!!

I was last in Stirling about five years ago. I climbed the steps up to the Wallace Monument.

(not my picture - just one I grabbed from a random site)

You can get a great view on a clear day.

By Australian standards you'd find it freezing cold up here. You'd have to travel in the height of summer. ..|

And I'd go to Oz in the depths of winter (and STILL find it too warm - seriously. #-o)

LOL - you never know what the future holds.

just kidding,
travel anywhere is good as long as you enjoy the experience.
