Saturday was an overload of collage football. Now I can relax with pew duty and later visiting with a friend.

I am about burnt out on football. Two ladies had lunch with me Saturday and then we watched college football the rest of the day. Yesterday an old friend and his brother joined me for lunch after church, then back to my place for football the rest of the day.

Today I have just rested and will be going to Bible study at 6. Doubt I'll watch Monday Night football.

We hit 88F today. That is perfect weather for us.

Hope everyone survived Monday.

I’m okay, and we had a shower earlier this morning, but the sun is shining now. I’m going out with friends in the afternoon.

I'm sorry the temps in the desert have gone right back up into the triple digits. I guess it's another day indoors with the AC. It's great when you've got friends bringing pizza over.

I hope your weather in the desert has cooled down again. Right here in Florida it's supposed to be hot, muggy, and stormy. I'm really not looking forward to the 108 heat index they're predicting tomorrow. But it's supposed to cool down nicely next week, with lows in the 60s and highs 78-80. I don't think we've seen that since last winter.

I wish your Holy Men luck this week. My Gators are away at South Carolina on Saturday. I'm a bit worried since they have a lousy away winning record, but we'll see how it goes.

Got very little sleep last night for the second night. I'm sharp as a marshmallow this morning.

Wish I could stay home, but folder duty calls. Will probably sleep this afternoon, I hope.
