It's college football day, and I hope my Gators will win against South Carolina. You're going to have to pick between USC and your Holy Men in deciding who to root for. Well one thing about it is that you know somebody you like is going to win.
 
The Gators had a big win yesterday, though you didn't know the outcome until the end. Exciting game. :=D:

Your Holy Men really took care of USC. They used the Trojans, then discarded them on the ground. Actually, I was surprised the game was such a blowout.

I'm back. 125 miles on a narrow two-lane road through miles of udder desert wilderness. In a few miles I found I was not fit to drive that far but pushed on. There was very heavy truck traffic moving as fast as 80mph. And a couple hilly, windy areas. My arms and hands were aching and cramping by the time I got home from hanging dear life. I'm too old to drive very far. :##:

I’m okay, but you asked about the rain. Well, it is. It’s tipping it down. Cats, dogs, sheep, cows, deer, they’re all coming down it’s so heavy, and more is forecast. Over 9 inches for the north east of Scotland which has a red rain warning, which means danger to life and property.

I hope you enjoyed your trip out to Needles, though it's no fun to worry if you're up for it, health wise.

Have you continued to have your cool down? We had a sudden change in the weather down here. Much cooler, with the early morning temps down to 59, and highs in the upper 70s-low 80s. The rain has stopped, and it's much less humid, thankfully. It's a little early for this, actually. The temps are expected to rebound, but I think our summer heat is finally over.

The Gators have a bye week, as they prepare to do battle with Georgia the following Saturday. I don't know who your Holy Men are playing.

My Holy Men have a bye this week also. Only USC is playing at 5PM Saturday and it is televised. They are favored to win. This will be a welcome relief after the overload of last weekend. It is good the Gators have a bye week to prepare for Georgia.

We are heating up again. Over 100F for a few days. Blue skies every day.

I discovered your writings here in the Gay Stories thread. It is about time. Haven't read all of them yet but enjoying what I have read. (y)

Not having a good day. Had a difficult time getting out of bed and my stability is very bad today. Just a numb all over.

Think I will be going back to bed soon.

Spent all yesterday with the handyman working on various things around the house. He even tackled the problem with my master bath toilet. As usual here in the desert, there are code violations. It took a lot of digging to find the pipes and found substandard work in the foundation. Sound very expense, but I have a acquired an extensive collection of tools that I can no longer use. He will take them in payment for his work.
