I hope you had a great New Year's Day, and that all is well with you. How has your weather been? It's nice and warm here right now, but last week we had some chilly weather, with lows in the 40s and highs only in the 60s.

I hope you're doing well, and that it hasn't been getting too cold out there in the desert. It's supposed to get cold here, with a low in the low 40s tomorrow morning, then coolish for a couple of days, before it drops back down to the 40s on Monday morning. Brrr!🥶

We're having the coldest weather that we've experienced in decades here, and a freeze warning has been issued for here, a very rare occurrence. I'm going to have to bundle up for the next several days for sure. 🥶

I hope you’re doing well, and that your weather is nice. Things are improving here after last week’s freeze and bitter cold snap, settling into a pattern of pleasant days with highs in the 70s and chilly nights with lows in the 50s. At least it chased our usual humidity away for a while.

Thank you for keeping in touch. I sleep most of the time now. When I get online, I feel like taking a nap.

After days of high winds, now the heat arrives. It will be in the nineties for the next few days, then over 100.

It is too early for 100+. That usually happens after Easter. While the coast is getting lots of rain, very little has come to us.

I have trouble getting around now and get out of the house for church and shopping. Also typing is a problem difficult as I make many errors.

I do like hearing about events in your life. 2PM, nap time.

I see you’re having excessive heat warnings out where you live, it’s way too early for that.

Over here it’s turning cool this week, with lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s and highs only in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Precipitation usually clears out when we get a cool down, but this time pesky rain chances will persist throughout the week.

Wow, you've been having brutal summer-like heat already! I hope that it's cooling down, so you'll get a month or two of pleasant weather before your normal summer heat sets in.

This past weekend we had Pridefest over here. Saturday was nice, but it poured rain Sunday morning when the parade was scheduled. Fortunately the rain let up just as the parade was starting, so we had a good time anyway.
