All these Clinton people in so much denial. sigh. I wish I could say I am happy, but im not.

Nobody wanted to listen to us, to any of us. A few people defended us, I appreciate them.

We got accused of supporting Trump. We got accused of all kinds of things, and we struck a dozen nerves, no matter what we tried to do to stop a Trump presidency it was slapped away at every turn.

cynicism doesn't win elections.

We truly did not know who would win. We had hope like everyone else. Its ok to vote your conscience.

There is vindication, but I don't want that.

I want Hillary people to learn something, anything, not from us, because there are some things you can only learn for yourself.

They have a long road ahead, and we must support their journey.

We never refused to fight, we never refused to believe, we never crossed our arms when reality set in.

For that I apologize to those Hillary supporters.

I never gave up, but I have been censored by the moderator here none theless. I guess 10 years doesn't mean much when you say things people don't want to hear.

I wonder how many spoiled ballots there were? I'm hearing of people writing Bernie Sanders on the ballot... people do stupid shit like that here, such as marking an X on every party except for the one they don't want. They think they're making a deep political statement, when in reality, no one will know about it except for the people counting the votes, and they will take a 0.00005 second look at it before tossing it in the bin without thinking twice.
 
I think that, despite all the resources and endorsements that Hillary had, it is amazing that Trump still won. Just WOW!!!

I wish much peace, unity and acceptance not just for President Trump, but for the United States of America and the World.
 
I did not vote for Trump, but then the other candidate was not exactly my choice either. But I didn't want to waste my vote on a write-in candidate. In retrospect, I wish the Democrats had gone with Bernie Sanders.

But I have faith in the American system. There was no election day violence, as far as I know, and even though I'm not a Trump fan, he is the fresh face that America seems to want. Look at the election day map of the U.S. The heart of this country went Republican. Only the two coasts, east and west, went Democrat. There is a lesson for us there.

We still have a strong and workable system of checks and balances in our government. Congress and the Supreme Court are there to moderate any wild and far-out actions that President Trump might take, and I hope his advisors and Cabinet will counsel him wisely and teach him how to govern in a democracy. "You are fired!" won't work.

He probably brings out the worst in people.
Not necessarily the kind of quality you want in a leader.

Maybe his bombast is a front? Maybe he'll be circumspect when it comes to the crunch? It's unlikely he'll be a successful president in terms of American growth, influence and progress, but he might be entertaining.
 
The problem is the Electoral College which should be done away with. Clinton won the popular vote by 238,156 votes.
