Kimberly is not stupid. She has a law degree and passed the California bar exam which is one of the harder States to get a bar card. Since her failed career as a lawyer, Kimberly has been doing the trophy wife/former model thing. The problem is that she's picked up a lot of bad habits along the way and is now in her 50s, so she doesn't have the appeal of a young, nubile, fertile 20-something that the rich guys want.
When she was in her 20s, she was dating the Getty heir. When she was in her 30s, she was dating Newsom. The Newsom family and the Gettys have ties going back a couple of generations. At the time Newsom was on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors but they were living on different coasts and allegedly they both were seeing other people. After marrying and divorcing Newsom, she moved on to a wealthy guy who was a few years younger than she is, she got pregnant, they married, she gave him a son, they divorced.
She then ended up at Fox News. She got fired from Fox News... wait for it... for sexual harassment. Unlike most of the women at Fox,
Kimberly was the one doing the harassment. Kimberly's female assistant, a Fox employee, alleged that Kimberly had her work at Kimberly's apartment and that Kimberly walked around in front of her naked, showed the assistant dick pics of guys that Kimberly had slept with and tried to pimp out the assistant with rich men in Kimberly's social circle. The assistant filed a complain against Kimberly, then Kimberly tried to buy the assistant off to lie about the harassment. After other people came forward with complaints about Guilfoyle's behavior at work, Fox paid the assistant a multi-million dollar settlement (accompanied by an NDA) and then fired Kimberly in 2018, after which Kimberly immediately took a job with a Trump PAC. And shortly there after, it came out that one of the rich men that Kimberly was sleeping with was Don Jr.
Kimberly has been milking the Trump teat since
leaving getting fired from Fox. Those "speeches" she makes? She gets checks around $50K for them. She also gets a salary from whatever Trump-affiliated organization she happens to be working with and her salary (before the speaking fees) is said to be around $200K per year. She lives with Don Jr up in Jupiter, Florida and stays in the Trump home in the Hamptons when she's in New York, so that money isn't going to living expenses. She has a "lifestyle" and expensive habits to support and she would love to find her way back into the White House someday.
