Trump apparently saw a video showing Portland on fire and people rioting in the street. In a Federal Court just now, an attorney representing the State of Oregon just posited that Trump saw a video of Portland from 2020 (aka the last time Trump was President) during the BLM riots and he didn't realize that he was watching a 5 year old video.

All of these "emergencies" and where was Trump? He spent most of the past 3 days on golf courses.
