Donald Trump sat down with some YouTubers who were hosting a podcast for "Full Send". The were discussing the Ukraine crisis.

Trump was asked:

“What do you see happening next, then? Cause it seems like the tensions are high. How does this all end? Is this going to be a long-term thing? How do you see it unfolding?” Nelk Boys founder Kyle Forgeard asked the former president during a sit-down discussion about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

“Well, and I said this a long time ago, if this happens, we are playing right into their hands. Green energy. The windmills don’t work. They’re too expensive. They kill all the birds. They ruin your landscapes,” Trump answered.

“And yet the environmentalists love the windmills. And I’ve been preaching this for years. The windmills ― and I had them way down ― but the windmills are the most expensive energy you can have. And they don’t work.”

As if he was ever a real president. It kills me that there are people who would ask this man something like this and expect an intelligent, or at least coherent response. Reminds me of the Jonathan Swan interview; when confronted with the number of covid deaths at that point his answer was "It is what it is".

People need to be reminded he's a fool...there's still a threat he's going to try for another presidential run. I think it's too late for his ardent supporters though because they're clueless anyways.

I wonder if they ask serious questions just to see how he's going to dodge the answer...for a laugh. I can see interviewer snickering beforehand thinking how's he going to avoid this one....maybe I'll get a good soundbite. :lol: I'm not even sure if he's intentionally dodging the answer of he just doesn't comprehend the question in the first place, so he goes off on one of his rehearsed tangents.

That was my thought, especially after his 'genius' comment about Putin and then the complete 180. He's still holding that grudge over the Biden dirt fiasco, and that is the only thing he knows about Ukraine.

^ I don't think it's possible for anyone with a modicum of decency or intelligence to see him as anything other than a sham and a fool. There is no middle ground with this man; either you love him or hate him. Anyone who has to be reminded of who and what he is has a tenuous grip on reality at best.

His answer was telling several ways: he didn't know. Not a clue. He doesn't think like a leader. So his mind immediately pivoted to the first available thing he could find (well, the second thing..the first was probably fried chicken or ground beef). In this case, it was the windmills. Doubling down on it, which is what he does when he's confused or knows he's wrong but is too foolish to know that admitting one's mistakes leaves the door open to learn from them. Definitely not his MO.

Also, any journalist who would goad him just to get a good soundbite should be tarred and feathered. We're far beyond making fun of his many shortcomings. He's a volatile entity with way too many supporters and at this point in time that's a very dangerous thing.

The toad is dangerous because he's a malignant narcissist and bigoted demagogue with no grasp of reality. You can make fun of crazy, but crazy will not care.

His supporters don't care either, they don't care if he rapes, steals, commits treason or anything else, they don't care if he's insane, so long as he gives them permission to feel justified in their own bigotry.

The only way they'll ever abandon him is if HE betrays that.

I discovered in another article that the hosts are pranksters. Here's some more 'Trump' from that interview. They asked Trump if being a billionaire or president or owning real estate gave him power. His response:

"So, in the history of our country, nothing like me has ever happened," Trump said. "I don't say that positive, negative. You know, you've never had a businessman."

Trump went on to explain that most US presidents have a background in politics or the military.

"So you had soldiers and you had politicians," Trump said. "There's never been an outsider."

The thing with NPD and suicide threats is that it is an attention-seeking mechanism. To be successful, there would need to be someone who wouldn't want him to be gone.

Barron might be the only person I can think of who may meet that qualification.

I think we're still in the nervous-laughter-shuffling-in-their-seats phase of the realization that he's nuttier than a squirrel turd.
