This will make some MAGA heads explode...although at the same time, since FOX-ers don't read, there will be all the FOX bobbleheads spinning the other narrative.

But this is them most obvious indication that FOX is leaving Trump for DeSantis.

On CNN yesterday, there was a discussions about Trump's legal team and its "filings" (featuring my favorite Trump-era Zelig, Kash Patel):

I would also agree that it appears to be a press release disguised as a legal document.

And his OAN lawyer had better lawyer up too since it turns out she was the one who signed the affidavit in June that all the docs had been returned.

Exactly! The word has always been the Trump micromanages everything, which is why he had so many changes in staff in the White House. Now, he's decided that he's smarter than attorneys, so he's writing (or more likely, dictating) his own legal filings.

He also knows that the Press parrots everything he writes, so it's a way to use the media to delivery his message.

I remember years ago, Time did an article with pictures of all the people who were charged from Watergate and Iran Contra. It was a large group of pictures.

When will people learn that their mother was right: "Lie down with dogs. End up in an orange jumpsuit with fleas."
