So the TrumpCo. lawyers made the deadline yesterday in the protective order application and as expected, continued the big lie that Trump's threat was about politics and not a threat against those involved in his upcoming trials.

Basically, they are arguing that intimidation and threats are protected speech, and as long as he doesn't name names, he will be allowed to continue to utter these under the guise that they refer to special interest groups and political opponents.
