Trump this.

What takes precedence now?

Will the Letitia James fraud judgement or the E. Jean Carroll case damages come first?

And where does Melanoma fit in all of this? Obviously, at $88.3 million...Carroll is going to get far more of Trump's money than she or her son will ever see.

But is she protected at all? Or does she have to rely on selling off her Birkin bags and grift from her NFT scam of a couple of years ago?

Inquiring minds want to know. We don't care. We just want to know.

It depends on how Family Law is written in NY. I suspect, however, that the IRS will get the first chunk for fees and back taxes, and then the creditors line up in front of a judge. Since this isn't a fraud conviction, whatever agreements he had with her stand, a prenup settlement in case of divorce, is not in force until there is a divorce; any cash or property that is allocated to her should already be in her possession. I don't think any agreements he made with her will incur a debt on his part if he can't pay her unless that was specifically stipulated. Barron's trust is another matter. If it can be proved that it was the product of fraud, he loses it. Otherwise, he gets the money.

If there is anything left after the IRS takes its chunk, priority should go to the people defrauded and all penalties first, Carrol Second, and Melanoma last. But we're not done yet. There might be a criminal conviction in GA, which would inspire a rash of other lawsuits, and IIRC, there is already one family of Jan, 6 victims, that is suing.

He's not going to have enough money to pay everyone unless Jared gives him a billion or so as a goodwill gesture, no doubt that would cause the Daughter Wife to beat Jared senseless.

FORE SALE! 1 slightly used golf course, dead ex included... 1 Tacky, shoddily refurbished historic property, comes with classified documents and orange Toad who is NOT a resident... 1 Poorly constructed, unattractive tower with gilded penthouse, protestors extra..

It will depend on the timing of the appeals. The NY State case with Engoron is supposed to come to a final number by the end of January.

Usually in cases like this, where there is a substantial judgment, the losing party must post a substantial bond to appeal. This protects the party who was awarded the judgment. I'm not familiar with NY law to know how much money Trump would have to put up to file an appeal to the second Carroll judgment but in most States, it's a significant amount- either in cash or property. And interest accrues while the appeals are underway... if the NY State civil fraud penalty ends up being $200-300 million, that's a shitload of interest that will accumulate while Trump runs out the appeals process.

Just to review the facts: The first Carroll judgment was a civil judgment of $5 million. Trump could have paid that and shut his mouth. But because he is one of those narcissists that feels he always has to get the last word, he has a second civil judgment of $83.3 million ... AND he's been found in a civil court to be a sexual predator.

We haven't even gotten to the criminal charges against Trump and he's already financially ruined. This is like something out of a morality tale.

There are rumors that Trump's Housewife of New Jersey attorney, the same attorney that lost this latest case and is unable to get her client under control, is Trump's travel buddy. She's with him on the campaign trips. She appears at Mar-A-Lago and Bedminister when Trump is there.

If Melania has a competent attorney, she's negotiated a trust fund for Barron to pay for his education and support going forward.

Something that has been in the back of my mind for a while. In the NY State civil fraud case, Ivanka got herself excluded from the defendants. So, the defendants from the Trump family are Donald, Eric and Don Jr. If the judge bars these three Trumps from doing business in NY State, that opens the possibility that Ivanka could be the receiver for the Trump Organization after financial judgments are satisfied. Ivanka, Tiffany and Barron could end up owning and operating the remains of the Trump Org... or at least these three could be the figureheads whose name is on everything.

One more worry for Donald Trump: Bragging about Mar-A-Lago being worth 1 and a half billion.

I assume that Alina Habba knows she isn't getting paid, right?

Even someone as stupid as she is has to be smart enough to see that he can't do anything for her.

The only reson that she is slobbering over Trump's knob is that she sees the slim chance to cash in on the grift gravy train.

At this point though, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that some Democrat dark money is paying her bills just to make sure she doesn't dump Trump.

She should damn well know better. There isn't a Toad Gravy Train, just the pipeline to disbarment, disrepute, and prison. She's not being paid in anything but IOUs. She'll never see a dime. I have no idea why people insist on believing the tales Toad tells.

BTW, he hasn't defamed Carrol once since the verdict. Next up, teach the toad to roll over.

the Donald is a good example of that old addage that when you've reached rock bottom, quit digging. All he had to do after the first $ 5 million judgement was just shut up. He couldn't even do that. And, he continued ranting and tweeting (I refuse to utilize that abbreviation for "crossing") even during this second trial. Hence, the $ 80 million plus judegemnt :rotflmao:

One has to have an attorney or an inside connection (or both) to get a pardon. :)
