And even though it seems so obvious...the path to the SC using article 3 of the 14th is a little more convoluted than I had thought.

The thing that caught my eye is that it was tested on a lower level official who then was removed.....what impact will this ruling have on Trump at the SC???

I am not sure that they will reject an appeal and deny cert...but the fact it was unanimous and supported the original judgement makes it harder for the SC right wing TrumpCo. lackeys to poke a stick between the spokes.

It would have to be a pretty fundamental error of law that TrumpCo. would need to produce in the Appeals judgement.
