I am not a huge fan of RawStory reportage...it tends to be a bit hyperbolic.
Just like I have learned to take Mary Trump's and other mental health experts' view on where Trump is in his state of narcissistic collapse and cognitive decline after years of hearing that he was falling to pieces, but I am willing to suspect that the failure of his Tariff gambit, along with the other failures he has personally been handed with some of the policies overturned by the courts will hopefully be wearing him down.
The fake golf tournament wins and participation trophies are about all the good news he's had for the last month.
And the devotion of his hardcore cult members seems thinner and thinner in the news as more and more of them are damaged personally by his chaos.
So even I have sensed some of what the writer is seeing taking place...the final days of Jonestown or Waco...with an incresingly unhinged cult leader desperately trying to keep total control over the situation.
Beyond the tariff plan disaster, Trump likely has no democratic or even many autocratic leaders who want to see him or take his calls right now. The attempt at demanding obeisance and compliance from G7 and NATO countries, Pacific alliance countries only has isolated him and the US more and more from decision making and information sharing. So far, his hold on media still seems to be stronger than expected with the billionaire MSM soft pedalling his fuck-ups, but he has to deliver big for them and again, he may have cost them dearly as well.
Is he in his bunker days yet? I don't think so. I think he is sceming a comeback act. Something to shock the world into fearing him if he can't be loved or respected.
And it is likely that this now needs to be a military action. Something that will make having a military parade on his birthday the ultimate event for the Fuhrer. Something to make the rest of the world forget about the market manipulation and the meltdowns that will happen in the US economy no matter what actions he demands at this point.

Kind of a weird replay of this nonsense from the first term though.
It would seem to be a clear indication that of the intellectual bankruptcy in the WH....I am sure that the millions of people who saw a huge portion of their wealth wiped out this week will immediately forget about all of that once they can have a nice hot shower.
