Trump is getting desperate to smear his name over as many buildings as possible in order to create some sort of legacy that will cover over his rape conviction and his 34 criminal convictions as well as his Epstein connections. His people are trying to strongarm senators to name things after him in exchange for releasing money committed to important infrastructure projects. Penn is just one of a number of demands he has made over the last week or so.

Trump is only tough when you allow him to be tough.
When you pander to him and massage his ego and let him feel like he is intimidating you.
