Not only have Chicago's police refused to participate in ICE round-ups, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias announces he Will NOT COMPLY to Donald Trump’s demands for the DMV to turn over data about undocumented immigrants without due process.

Due process is about the only tool that anyone has to throw a spanner into the wank fantasy that TrumpCo. has of hundreds of police swooping down all over and all at once and getting the visuals of hundreds and hundreds of undocumented immigrants being hauled away to private prison camps. It is likely going to be a much more plodding process.

I suspect that there aren't many companies except in red states where they should be finding a hundred workers in a factory that can be taken at one fell swoop.

There are also lots of public service announcements in the targetted Blue 'sanctuary' cities advising people of how to protect themselves within the law.
