It will remain in effect, Menendez wrote, until the mission concludes or conditions are such that it is no longer needed. The judge stated the federal operation started in Minnesota on Dec. 4.

The ruling orders federal law enforcement to stop taking action against peaceful protesters, including those demonstrating against federal agents and officers.

ICE broke down the door and raided the home of an elderly US citizen in St Paul, Minnesota. They dragged him from the home in his underwear with crocs.

When confronted about the botched "raid", the ICE spokesperson said that the elderly man lived with convicted sex offenders. The man's family says that is a lie and they are talking to lawyers.

Federal immigration agents forced open a door and detained a U.S. citizen in his Minnesota home at gunpoint without a warrant, then led him out onto the streets in his underwear in subfreezing conditions, according to his family and videos reviewed by The Associated Press.

ChongLy “Scott” Thao told the AP that his daughter-in-law woke him up from a nap Sunday afternoon and said that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were banging at the door of his residence in St. Paul. He told her not to open it. Masked agents then forced their way in and pointed guns at the family, yelling at them, Thao recalled.

“I was shaking,” he said. “They didn’t show any warrant; they just broke down the door.”

When ICE agents dragged out ChongLy Thao half-naked in the snow, they were looking for a man named Lue Moua. They should have known exactly where to find him.

WHEN ICE AGENTS DETAINED U.S. citizen ChongLy Thao in Minneapolis this weekend—breaking down his door and escorting him half-naked into the snow—administration officials claimed they’d been looking for a pair of sex-criminal migrants at the address. DHS plastered images of the two men they were hunting across social media with dire warnings that they remained “at large,” imploring the public to call in tips.

But there was one place they apparently hadn’t bothered to look: the Minnesota prison system. That’s where Lue Moua, one of DHS’s purported targets, has been since a 2024 conviction on charges including felony kidnapping.

And get this... ICE already had a detainer on this guy, so when he gets released from prison, the State will turn him over to ICE for deportation.

Moua is already under an ICE detainer—meaning ICE is already aware he is there and has requested he be placed into their custody upon his release from state prison, which is currently scheduled for early 2027.

In related news, Ka$h's FBI and Blondi's DOJ took a man to court, accusing him of "putting a bounty" to kill Greg Bovino. The jury found the accused man, Juan Espinoza Martinez, "not guilty".
