having been in the States, the southern accent had a great sound to it, although it could be hard to understand at times in the beginning.
as for being a factor in getting into my bed, the guy could be - what is it - mute - . couldn't care less

I love Scottish and Irish accents, and pretty much all the regional variation. I also had a Russian beau for a while - so the Russian/English accent can do it for me too.
I'm Australian, and my accent is closer to Hugh Jackman than to the "ocker" accents of Paul Hogan(Crocodile Dundee) or Steve Irwin.

i'm very happy to hear that us americans with accents make some of you foreigners drool ive been told i have a very thick southern accent, although i just don't know it lol

British, Irish, and Austrailian accents drive me up the wall!

well i met a guy from Aberdeen scotland recently and i started this post because we he talked to me in bed it was so hot!!! I am from louisiana/mississippi so i probably have a southern accent.

Accents definitely get my attention! But, more so, a deep, soft, sultry, Baritone, in any accent, will instantly melt my heart, and curl my toes!

Actually - Craig Charles is English - he has a Scouse accent.
Just to echo gaz1978's earlier sentiment - British and English aren't interchangable terms - Scots accents are British accents, as much as English. (sorry, I'm English and it's a massive pet-peeve).

the southern accent in the States has a great sound - to me. here, the paisas /people who live in Antioquia/ sound kinda strange to me and talk really fast - and the costeñas drop the ends of words a lot.

German, Australian, Irish and Italian accents all do it for me...

There's this hot little Italian guy at work with an accent that would have me ripping my clothes off instantly.... if it was acceptable practice to do so in the workplace and I was a total exhibitionist

I have an accent, but it only comes out when i'm either drunk or angry...... English is not my native tongue. Any spanish or european accent will drive me crazy especially from Spain (I love the Spanish language).........
