Yes. Suspended disbelief has been pounded into oblivion. It's like all the perverts in Hwood said "We haven't been nakedly horny and shallow enough in our content." The show feels like their parody of someone else's parody of their show.

Well . . . when it comes to a show with an awful premise, I remember "ReGenesis" from 2004.

"ReGenesis" - people are dropping dead left and right. What are they dying from . . . Everything!

The buzz around the entertainment industry by 1990 was the revive the musical format by inclusion of music and dance numbers into every genre, even if it made no sense.

The commercial failure of "Cop Rock" put a stop to other similar projects under development.

HOLD THE FRONT DOOR...... so it was a Cop MUSICAL? How did this not become a raging success? I mean real cops are pieces of SugarHoneyIcedTea but tv cops are harmless fictional characters and the studio will be receiving an angry letter from me and if I have to sleep with every Saudi billionaire from here to Maralago I WILL FUND THE REBOOT. I will star in and shoot the damn thing myself so help me Jeebus.
