IT would be illegal if it were male female of the same family and it is only because of the birth defects that result in any offspring of such unions. Not that I agree with such things. But there is a joke about incest that ends with the line: If they an't good enough for your own family, they an't good enough for anyone elses.
 
I used to know Gabriel and Oscar (odessey twins) for a couple of years...when they first came over from Spain. They were part of a group of freinds...we used to go clubbing....the White Party...etc... It was a long time ago.
