I genuinely have no idea; probably because, personally, I tend to find terms of abuse such as 'twat', 'cunt', 'asshole', 'wanker', 'dickhead', etc, etc, quite amusing and almost endearing when they are directed at me ..so I guess I tend to assume that others take a similar laid-back approach to personal insults. However, since being a member of JUB, I have learnt the error of my ways; so these days I tend to reserve that sort of thing for the 'real world'.

I could easily envisage me saying "Oh don't be such a twit you twat." I might even get away with it intact if I remembered to smile. The worst is generally reserved to express my feelings about someone I have to be polite to despite the fact that they are .... ...... ..... ...... ...... ... . ... . ........ ......!!!!!!!! and so it gets said solely for the the benefit of my colleagues. The order and content of the words is variable depending on how quick they got into line before the floodgates opened. Some of them even surprise me as to their origin!
