Ugh!!! I have food Poisoning

So because of something I ate for dinner Saturday night I have food poisoning. Yesterday was horrible today Im a little better but still not so good. at least i had my boyfriend to take care of me but today hes at work.

So who else has had this and what are some things you did to help get over it.

the only thing I have been able to eat is the Italian Ice things.. thankfully I love them. If I eat anything else it just gets thrown up.
