This is 100% true. It also applies to if after you are approached how long that person will stick around.

I will say this (being critical cause you asked), in our short correspondences there was a lack of feeling maybe even so much to say a lack of exitement. This is a gay forum, it's electrically sexually charged with nude pics everywhere and in typing you, what I got in your responces was formal, even businesslike. Granted you could have wanted nothing to do with me, but you have to put yourself out there more to at least practice. Like Killjoke said, you have to be confident.
 
Scales do not say anything, boy. You're human sexual physical make-up is way too complicated for an over-simplified scale, such as that of a 1-10 general rating. ;) (Are people rating you a 6-8 for your hair? Your eyes? Your skin tone? The personality that the facial expression gives? etc. etc.)
