I know as a kid who lost his aunt, I kinda bounced back a day or so after the funeral. During the funeral I was a wreck, but before and after I was able to lock the sadness away. He may have the same ability. It's a coping mechanism of sorts.
Actually, Justin isn't gay. In a surprise twist befitting Ugly Betty, they're gonna make Justin straight and will even have a girlfriend later in the series.
Which I think is great cause it dispells so many stereotypes.
I think they try to throw the audiences off by not allowing Justin and Betty to show any emotion. Didn't Bette and Justin say something about Hilda being in the room with Santos something along that line and then Bam !! just like the sixth sense. They could have had the story take place three months after or something.
i don't think theyre making justin straight. in the recent episode it's pretty clear that justin is gonna start acting more "straight" to be more like santos. if you notice when hilda tells him to choose something to keep he takes the basketball. he's prolly gonna try to shake his interest in fashion to be more like his dad, and start doing "manly" activities.
justin is not going to be straight
he has a mentor now
marc
good episode btw
I agree, I love the bond they have have made.
The only show with a Hispanic lead now that George Lopez was canceled.
If only Marc wasn't such a douche. I love him for his wickedness, but come on. Using Justin to push Willi and his agenda? That is a bit too far. Especially considering the two have a bond, and he knew about his relationship with his father.

I think Marc has proven time and time again that his career takes prescedent above all else. Frankly, I would have been disappointed in him if he didn't exploit Justin.
