I dont think deciding on a location is going to be the problem, it'll be making absolute definate date, time, place etc....AND to know exactly how many UK members we have who would actually be joining us

I'm going away in late Jan to warmer climes to celebrate the Chinese New Year, which will be on or around Feb 7th. If you wanna see the crowds in Manchester Chinatown, then the sundays either side (I don't know which) will be packed. Just a warning to you folks... It's not that far from Canal Street either. And folks, do visit the Public Library and sample its circular acoustics ;)

Well there's the famous Mathew street where the beatles started out playing. There's loads of great bars and resturants in the Albert Dock too overlooking the famous Liver building. Plus there's loads of really fit scousers walking about to look at. ..|

The gay scene isn't as huge as Manchester but everyone loves the gays in Liverpool. Garlands is a great gay club that's been going for years and we might bump into the Liverpool football team in there, as they have been many times before. ;)
 
Okay by my reckoning there's only one vote in it between the front runners, and at least six people who haven't voted for either.

I'll leave this one open for another 24 hours, and then post the run-off poll...
