Well, I like twinks in general, not exclusively, but among my various "types." And because some of the earliest porn I had access to were things like Playgirl that sometimes had male/female photo spreads, I got used to focusing on the partner I was attracted to and tuning out the other one.

I seem to notice that masculinity comes with age, sort of like the old tale of the ugly duckling turning into a buffed handsome swan.
