I work in the medical field. Go see a Urologist. They would be the most familiar with doing them in adults. As for pain, they would most likely do a nerve block, or a local anesthetic at the base of the penis or in the tissue to be removed. As for afterward, you would probably have some good pain for a few days, which should be relieved somewhat with the pain relievers they prescribe. Just do some research about urologist in your area, and find someone who has a lot of experience in doing them on adults...and further more, go to your state's medical practice board online and look up the doctors you are considering and make sure they don't have any complaints against them.
