Do any of you find that your foreskin goes back ok when soft but not when hard?

I can only pull mine back halfway over the head when hard, but all the way for cleaning when soft.

Iv tried stretching for a while now but is not working. Im thinking about seeing a doctor about circumcision.

Any Thoughts?

I can pull my foreskin all the way back both when hard and soft,but I have thought about getting circumsized just beacouse I was in the hospital this past weekend and everyone and their moms where checking out my package and I was kinda embarrased of my foreskin lol

but anyway how old are you?....does it hurt?

Im 22, only hurts if i force it.

Not sure i want to get cut, think it looks better but theres not many cut ones around here in england

Can still masterbate easily, the backwards/ forwards motion cause theres quite a lot of skin.

Unless you're experiencing pain it's probably not an issue. If you are, it may be what's called "relative phimosis" (as opposed to "full phimosis"). I had a boyfriend who had this and he, indeed, did get circumcised, to relieve the pain.

keep jerking and stretching it when it is soft. it will get looser over time, and if you can clean and there is no pain, don't get cut.

I had the same problem, although when I first realised it wasn't right my foreskin wouldn't go past my head soft or hard.

Just keep stretching (better in the shower) and eventually it should get looser. Mine sounds like it was worse than yours at the start, but now I can pull mine back soft and hard.

There are cremes your doctor can prescribe which will help stretch your foreskin. I would try that before considering anything irrevocable like circumcision.
