It depends on what you're worried you might have. For HIV it depends on the test method being used, so you'd probably want to ask your doctor's office what methods are available and the cost (I'd imagine there's different costs associated, I'm not sure) In general I'm seeing around 3 months before a test can reliably detect the infection. Some are sooner than that though.
There is an at-home test called Oraquick that would be good in this situation because doctors are kind of overwhelmed at the moment. You'd have to wait 3 months.

Unfortunately, you're outside the window for PEP which is 72 hours.
So, now you're in the period where it will require an antigen/antibody HIV test to detect infection. It can take anywhere from a few days to up to 3 months for antibodies to form (antibody tests are the cheaper tests, too). Antigen testing can be done immediately but it requires a blood sample, so you would either need to go to a doctor, a public health clinic or your local Planned Parenthood. Call first. Because of everything that is going on with quarantines, you will need to call to see whether the clinic is open and whether they are seeing patients.
In addition to your HIV test, you should get a full panel of STD tests. Ask about those, too.
