As you might have guessed from the title, sometimes when bottoming, I have to stop, as I feel like I'm about to throw up. I don't notice much, or any, pain, so the sensation is kinda confusing to me.

I assume this happens when you are giving a BJ.

I don't think it is at all unusual to trigger the gag reflex in that situation. Try not to go so deep into the back of the throat.

No, it's when bottoming, as I said in the original post :P

It could be due to the stimulation of the Vagus nerve. Well, you can look it up. It is a complicated thing to explain but basically the nerve can be involuntarily stimulated while you are having intercourse (being penetrated) or a bowel movement resulting in the urge to vomit. I could be because in your desire to please your top you are pushing out a little much, that stimulates the nerve and the results is an undeniable desire to vomit.

It's rare but it is possible that you are having a vasovagal response. Usually, this response triggers a warm sweaty sensation, lightheadedness and mild nausea. Hyperventilation can also be a factor, too.

Awesome, I'll have to check out the Vagus nerve and the like then. Fortunately, studying psychology, I might understand most of the terms! :p

It might be esophageal reflux disease, in which the valve between the esophagus and stomach is weakened, so that it does not hold the food in the stomach as well as it should. In your case, weight on the stomach area could be causing the food to enter the esophagus. Do you have frequent heartburn, the most common symptom? Reflux is very common among many people. Obviously, you should avoid big meals prior to bottoming, whatever the cause.
