It does sound like Gonorrhea, so see a Doctor. But there is an over the counter pain killer for urinary pain. The generic name varies from store to store, so ask the druggist.

It's not normal for there to be burning during urination. If this is something that is happening on a regular basis, you do need to make a visit to your doctor. You may have a urinary tract infection that needs to be treated.

It's not always when urinating. It only happens when I urinate within like 15mins after ejaculating. If I don't masturbate before urinating it doesn't burn.

I've had this happen before. This is going to sound strange, but its happened on multiple occasions. If I for whatever reason restrict the flow of cum out of my dick, it burns like a son of a bitch after. It's a deep burn. It feels like it got pumped up the wrong tube due to back pressure. Pissing makes it burn even more. It feels like it should help but it doesn't. I've had times where it was fine until I pissed, then it burned. But it always goes away after about 30 minutes.

I don't think it is anything to worry about unless it happens every time. If it was just a rare occasions, it was probably just something you did that you didn't realize.

If it just burn after ejaculating it´s not very likely to be a urinary tract infection or gonorrhea. Those should burn every time.

Is this problem new to you? When was the first time you realised this symptoms? Are there any other symptoms except the burning sensation (swelling, strange colour or smell of urine/cum...) ? How bad is the pain? Does it happen after every sexual stimulation or just after masturbating/anal/oral....?

A burning sensation after cuming is not completly unusual but shouldn´t happen on a regular basis.

Same thing as ctkid, and I know a lot of people who get it. I also often restrict myself when cumming, and it does feel like when I go to the loo, my penis can't decide whether to get rid of the piss or the remaining cum, ahaha and it's harder to urinate. Thought it was only me at first but it's happened all my life and I'm clean of any STDs.

It doesn't always happen either, just sometimes when I restrict myself.

With me it's not like a burning sensation caused from skin or flesh irritation either, it's just an uncomfortable feeling.

The reason why it burns is because you still have some left over cum in your urethra. If it only burns after shortly ejaculating, then that's normal. Happens to me too.

I believe it is prostatitis, i.e. inflammation of the prostate. The urethera runs through the prostate, the function of which is to produce most of the seminal fluid. Ejaculation sqeezes the fluid from the prostate and may cause some back pressure, which irritates the prostatitis. The prostate may be swolled a little for awhile, restricting urine flow through the urethea.
A Dr will give you an antibiotic, and you don't need to tell him the details of your sex.
