I have a major problem. Need your help.

When I pull back my foreskin to expose the glans/penis head. It is filled with white stuff.

I clean it off with soap and water.


BUT the trapped white stuff underneath my rolled up/pulled back foreskin remains trapped underneath the foreskin.

So when I pull back the foreskin to cover my clean penis head/glans, those trapped white stuff will cover my penis head/glans again.

Any solution for this ?? Please?

But if I try forcing myself to pee, or if I have a a slight/little urge to pee, the urine stream coming out is weak and slow.

Entirely to be expected. Pee when your bladder tells you too.

I don't know, when I drink two cans of drinks (each can is 240ml), meaning I consume 480ml of fluid, I don't really have the urge to pee until about 2 hours.

I'm not exactly sure how much 480ml is in real money, but I'd guess it's less than a pint. If that's as much as you're drinking, not needing to pee for 2 hours is also entirely to be expected.

I suggest you climb in the bath or shower and wash your penis thoroughly with soap and water at least once every day.

I did a urine test today.

The result shows that there is 0 white blood cells in my urine.

But there is 10 red blood cells in my urine. Normal range is 0-3.

I don't understand. Why are there so many red blood cells in my urine?


All my previous urine tests, the red blood cells is within the normal range.


The doctor told me not to worry. He says maybe it's because I wash my penis regularly, cause some skin abrasion??,

But I'm still scared and worried.

I'm scared and worried that it could be kidney stones, bladder/kidney cancer.

But the doctor says I should not worry so much since my red blood cells is only 10. If it's around >100-500 or more, then it should be a concern.

He says as long as there is no visible redness/blood in my urine, I should not worry so much.

But I am still scared and frightened.


I remember that I did a scan, ultrasound of my kidney/bladder a year ago. Around Nov/Dec 2014. The result is normal.

You need to recognize your hypochondria. Many things can cause bleeding, most of them minor snd temporary. Your doctor has ruled aout the big ones, do you need to trust your doctor.
I suggest you schedule a physical exam 6 months or a year in the future and the focus on the fact that in that exam the doctor will catch any big problems in time. You have solved the problem by scheduling the exam, so you can stop worrying.
You might also look for a hypochondria support group which might help.

In your case it is more likely to be from stress aggravated ulcers than cock cancer.

If you get a kidney stone, welcome to the club. They don't kill you.

And if there is no kidney or bladder or early onset prostate cancer in your family...you are at just about zero risk for this.

One Flomax and an hour later it's all good.....

Most men over 50 have or will have an enlarged prostate....are you over 50?

I'm scared and worried that it could be kidney stones.


I heard that blood in urine can be caused by strenuous exercise. Recently I did some exercise like sit-ups, push-ups and some running. But I didn't do any warm up/stretching before I did sit-ups,push-ups and running.

Do I have to do some warm up exercise before I do my sit-ups, push ups and running?


When I do sit-ups, I feel some pain in my stomach,abdominal and back.

I suggest that you schedule a complete physical 3 to 6 months in future and then concentrate on not worying about your health. When you start to worry tell yourself that the doctor will catch any big problems in time at the exam. The problem is not your health but your worrying about it.
