Urologist Visit Yesterday

My partner and I had our yearly urologist visit yesterday. I was stressed with anxiety because it is an hour drive each way and my loss of vision makes it seem like all the cars are coming right at me, but I kept my shit together. Our doctor is quite hot and a sexy fit man. He is about six foot four, curly blond hair and light brown eyes. He also has a nice chest covered in beautiful blond hair, not hairy, just a bit of hair, big strong arms and hands and a small bubble butt. I sat next to his desk and found it interesting how he kept touching my thigh as he was talking to me, a couple of times leaving his hand on my thigh for a few seconds. I was trying not to make too much of it. He did the prostate exam on my partner first then handed him some tissues to wipe his ass. When it was my turn, he seemed to take a little longer probing my prostate then told me how clean my ass was. To my utter surprise then he wiped my ass and he took his time. It was an odd experience but very hot. On our way out he reached out and touch my back in a sort of caressing way. On our way home we talked about how hot he was and how he paid such attention to me.

I am looking forward to needing our urologist to do a laser proc on my prostate.

My partner had it and said he was lovely...and when they did a follow-up via ZOOM, I was impressed that he apparently referred to me by name.

Unfortunately, I know that he is not playing for our team but so impressed that he is totally cool with homos and even joking about the intimacy of handling our junk.

Yes, the doctor is just a gay man's fantasy. So Hot.

Every man over 50 should have their testosterone level, prostate and PSA level check at least once a year. That is how we found out that we had low testosterone levels and I have a tendency to have a PSA level higher than normal.

If you have had genito-urinary issues and procedures there may be a one year follow-up check... or if you have some kind of platinum health coverage in the US...or if you just pay out of pocket to have your prostate pushed...but I don't think anyone gets an annual consult.

I would say that the old fashioned finger probe isn't a thing any more in Ontario. The check at the primary care level is a PSA.

I would note that my partner who had the laser proc...never had a urologist finger up the ass...it was all ultrasound.

Ten to 15 years ago I had an issue with reoccurring prostate infection. I had it about 3 times in one year. Later they determined it probably was not infection but an irritated prostate. The common med for that made my sinuses always congested. The Urologist suggest I try the Saw Palmetto supplement at double the recommended dose. I took that for several years and never had a re-occurrence of the prostate problem.

I'm suppose to get a Urologist checkup each year. But after a handfull of years we had a blizzard and my appointment got cancelled. They didn't bother to call me to reschedule and I kind of thought it was a waste of money each year..so I didn't call to reschedule. I still get my PSA checked yearly by my primary doc. I didn't realize that (as mentioned above) a sonogram can be used instead of the finger check. It seems like the sonogram would be more reliable if you are looking for enlarged or dark spots indicating cancer.

My Dad also had prostate cancer. He had the radiation seeds implated in the prostate to get rid of the cancer. Twice in the last 5 years I had a high PSA reading and my primary was going to send me back to the Urologist. He went on the say that he was sure the specialist would want to do i biopsy of the prostate. That sounded very painful. My doc said I could also wait and retest in a month or two (I don't remember how long it was) and see if they reading went down. My research indicated a recent ejaculation can make the PSA higher. Which both times I had beat my meat the morning of the test. A retest indicated normal reading. Lesson learned!

You need to avoid ejaculating for 48 to 72 hours prior to a PSA test, otherwise it may be falsely elevated. I need to get mine checked twice a year, and hate having to give up my daily wank for 2 or 3 days prior.
