So beware of bloggers outside the US?

You'd think the IRS would care more...

And how is it they'll be able to track all this down?

Audit every blog post endorsing a product?

I see our government has been using its time productively... again.

i am happy to say that when i review my comic books and rate them accordingly i get nothing in return.

however i was thrilled when i got a thank you note from the writer of one of the books i reviewed. in fact, i sort of geeked out.

How silly. I mean why help homeless people when you can go after bloggers, lol. Just more waste in the u.s. of a.

I am assuming that they are concerned with American bloggers only. Please don't tell me that the FTC believes that its rules apply to bloggers around the world.

No this makes sense.

Bloggers are the ultimate "Grass Roots" because anyone can blog. You and I both have blogs and I at least make a nice income from mine.

But if I was writing a political blog and was being paid by the Republican Party to spread their press releases and write their talking points but presented as "Just some guy at Starbucks with a computer," he public should know that I'm being paid by a big political party or say... the Oil Industry.

Laugh of the day.
Not because of the idea, but because they think they can enforce it :)

I think what would be even more funny, knowing all the "celebrities" that are paying "bloggers" to post pictures and talk about them :cough: perez :cough:
